- Fix SSH key loading (ed25519, ECDSA), connection errors and timeout
- Fix exit code and success check for remote backups
- Fix removal of old backups deleting the wrong folders (remote and local)
- Quote paths in remote commands and in the rsync command line
- Resolve '~' and relative paths of remote backups on the server
- Use StrictHostKeyChecking=accept-new instead of disabling host key checks
- Treat rsync return code 24 (vanished files) as success
- Fail if only one of SSH host and SSH user is set
