Make xmobar and trayer 24px tall and match trayer's background to xmobar
...
xmobar was auto-sized (17px) and trayer 18px; both are now 24px. trayer only
honours --tint with --transparent, so it drew the GTK background instead.

Keep the wallpaper when movie restores the screen layout
...
.fehbg now saves its random picks to ~/.cache/wallpapers and redraws them with
--keep; screen-layout passes this through with --keep-wallpaper, used by movie.

Add movie mode for watching videos on the external monitor

The screen layout and trayer setup moved from xmonad.hs to a shared
screen-layout script. lf opens videos with movie.
